Crafting a Modern Brand Experience For a Bespoke Travel Agency

Authentic Italy is a New York City-based boutique travel agency that creates custom high-end travel programs across Italy. While they provided a premier service, their pre-and post-trip customer experience lacked their renowned high-end touch and polish.

Through a series of in-depth stakeholder interviews and by reviewing customer testimonials and comment cards, we’ve created customer profiles and mapped their respective journeys, needs and expectations. These insights laid foundation to a communication strategy that allowed culinary-focused Authentic Italy to more fully deliver on their brand promise, “Italy, to your taste.”

 
 

The newly created digital experience allowed prospective clients to envision the type of experience Authentic Italy could create for them and spark their curiosity.

With the goal to inspire travel-minded folks looking for an authentic inspiration beyond the guide book, as well as to attract potential new customers, we created an Instagram presence for Authentic Italy that showcases the richness of various regions of Italy, its customs, traditions, and cuisine.
